Before you contact us
For questions relating to the price, availability, condition, authenticity, delivery or purchase of a specific watch, please contact the dealer advertising that watch directly through their TICK profile or watch listing.
TICK provides the platform connecting collectors and independent dealers but does not sell the watches advertised by dealers.

Collector Support
Need help with your TICK account, an enquiry, saved watches or another collector feature?
Send us a message with the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the issue.
Please never send passwords or payment card details when contacting TICK.
Dealer Support
If you’re a TICK dealer and need help with your account, subscription, dealer profile, watch listings or enquiries, contact us and include your business name so we can find your account quickly.
Report a Review or Listing
If you believe a review, dealer profile, watch listing or other content on TICK breaches our policies, please let us know.
Include a link to the relevant page where possible and explain why you’re reporting it.
Reports are reviewed in line with our Reviews & Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable TICK policies.
